Have you lost someone before? What did you do then? Life is an enclosure with mixed and varying contents. Sometimes we feel at ease and happy while other times we feel sad and dejected. When we lose a beloved one, we are full of agony and worry and hardly know where to turn for help.

Almost every day, there is news of missing people, especially through the media. We often read in the newspaper different cases of a missing child, missing mother, etc. How people get missing is still mysterious; do they miss their way back home, trapped in a cave, or kidnapped?

However, how can we find these people in cases we have our beloved ones missing? The first step to take in finding a missing person is to make an urgent report in the nearest security unit. It is the duty of the security agents to help traced the whereabouts of the person using the details we drop with them.

Missing persons are those people who have disappeared mysteriously without intimating anybody. Their disappearance can be for unknown reasons. There can be many reasons why a person goes missing. Some of the major reasons are – mentally retarded people, escape from child abuse, case of kidnapping, leave home to begin a new life under a new identity, abduction, suicide in an unknown location, murder, being sold into prostitution or slavery, escape from domestic violence etc.

Nobody can give a definite reason for a person who goes missing and is never found Whenever a person goes missing, it is our moral duty to immediately contact the nearest police station who will ensure that the missing person is immediately located before things turn out of control. The list of missing people keeps increasing every day. In the US alone, there were more than 109,000 missing persons by the end of 2005. One can imagine the list of missing people across the globe during this time.

Missing people create a great pain for family members, friends and relatives. This pain cannot be explained in words. People who experience this pain know how frustration it can be. While you desperately try to contact them, you run out of options. However, there is nothing to worry about. There are few agencies who trace missing people to bring back the smile on your face.

These specialized agencies have expertise in dealing with missing cases. They know whom to contact, how to investigate on these cases and find out the missing person at the earliest. Though these agencies trace people with minimal details, it is important to provide these agencies with as many details as possible so that the tracing procedure can be expedited. The good thing with these tracing agencies is that they keep this information confidential. In addition, you can avail the services of government agencies too in tracing the whereabouts of your dear ones.
