On 4-28-06, the pictured suspect was responsible for the robbery and murder of a victim in the Downtown area of East Sacramento, CA.  Several victims were robbed at knife-point, and two victims received serious stab wounds; one being fatal.  The suspect was described as follows:

Male, Asian, 20-25 years old, 5' 10" - 6' 0", thin build, with "spiked" hair on top and shaved on the sides.

Vehicle - 1997 - 2000 Honda, Accord or Civic (or similar vehicle), 4-door, dark forest green, stock equipment.

This sketch is of a suspect Child Kidnap/Attempted Murder who abducted a ten(10) year old child from a park in Dallas, Oregon on Tuesday, 07/11/00. The suspect took the child to a remote location in North Marion County where he was assaulted.

**Suspect captured and committed suicide while in jail.  Co-defendent convicted of 2nd degree murder in the homicide of Larry McNabney in Sacramento, CA in September of 2001.

 Lonnie Webster, is charged with shooting Rob Pursley, 28, with an SKS assault rifle in the parking lot of Mulligan's Pub in Cincinnati, Ohio, on January 14, 2006  Police believe the crime was random and Webster was attempting to steal Pursley's BMW.  Webster has a tattoo across his forehead reading "Bonafide Hustler" and a tattoo of moneybags between his eyebrows.  Webster was also indicted for kidnapping, felonious assault, aggravated robbery and theft of a motor vehicle.  In 2002 Webster was convicted of carjacking at gunnpoint and was in another gun battle in November of that year.  Because of his prior felony conviction, he was also indicted for having a firearm under disability.  If convicted on all charges, Webster faces up to life in prison. 

**CONVICTION**

On January 11, 2007, Lonnie Webster was sentenced to 80.5 years to life in prison for crimes he had committed, including the murder of Rob Pursley.  Webster was convicted following a jury trial.
