Services Available

There are many services available from the Foundation. We are here to help in time of crisis as well as for crime prevention.

We offer FREE Fingerprinting and ID kits as well as DNA kits. To request a free kit please contact the Foundation.

Reward Assistance Criteria

Reward requests must meet established criteria for Foundation participation.

1. Victim must be innocent, not involved in illegal activities.
2. Rewards are posted for a 6 month period of time.
3. Investigating agency must sanction the reward request and qualify the legitimate need.
4. Missing person's cases must be at risk cases, not involving runaways or custody issues.
5. Victim's family members, a law enforcement agency representative, the Foundation and media announce the reward at a designated press conference.
6. Following the press conference, awareness will continue with the fliers announcing the reward.
7. At such time a reward would be given, if appropriate, a press confrence will be held to publicize the reward presentation.
